It all started as a casual conversation among friends during the summer of 2016.  It blossomed into a desire for a water recreational park in the valley community and soon after, the Valley Community Growth Connection was formed.  We successfully became an Ohio nonprofit 501(c)3 organization and developed our mission statement:  "Providing expanded opportunities for the communities we serve."

Our journey continues with Rome Township, in Ashtabula County, who partnered with us to build a Splash Pad on the south east corner of US 6 and SR 45.
